Capabilities

LRM is a contract packager of foods and supplements. We can do both large and small projects and work with both automated and semi-automated lines. Modular construction of our lines enables us the flexibility to configure lines to meet customer needs. We have been able to assist our customers with test runs prior to scale up, one time runs as well as ongoing projects. We also have the capability to provide rework services.

In addition, we are able to perform blending and mixing services with a special emphasis on powdered and granular products. Please contact us to discuss filling and packaging of liquids and creams.

Form, Fill & Seal Pouch, Vertical and Horizontal

• Both designed to lay flat or stand up and formed from roll stock

Pouch in Carton

• Preprinted Carton containing an inside pouch or pouches

Inner Folding Carton

• Inner folding carton or display containing several pieces of finished product and then placed in a master shipper

Master Shipper

• A corrugated box containing finished product for shipping

We are able to do Induction sealing of containers as well as shrink wrapping.
